Overview of the Accident
SEPANG: A tragic road incident left four people dead after a car lost control and slammed into a road divider.
Cause of the Crash
Asst Comm Norhizam Bahaman, Sepang OCPD, confirmed the incident, which occurred near IOI Conezion Putrajaya on Thursday (Nov 21). The vehicle, traveling from Kajang, spun out of control before colliding with the divider.
Postmortem and Investigation
“All four individuals have been taken to Putrajaya Hospital for postmortem examinations,” said Norhizam, mentioning that investigations are still underway. Police are urging any witnesses to come forward to assist with their inquiries.
Details of the Victims
The victims were reported to be four Malaysians, aged between 20 and 40, including two men and two pregnant women, as reported by Sinar Harian. Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar, Assistant Director of Operations at the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department, told Sinar Harian that when first responders arrived, three of the victims had died on the spot, while one woman remained in critical condition.
